How does the emergency material assistance service work?
If you’re going through a tough time and don’t have the financial means to buy clothes or furnish your home… we are here to help. For more information, contact us at 450 699-3464 or speak to one of our partner organizations.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we can help you out by donating essential goods such as clothing, toys, books, household items, furniture and appliances.
To take advantage of our material assistance service, simply apply to one of our partner organizations.
We work with various organizations in the MRC Roussillon to help you if you are experiencing financial difficulties or are currently in a precarious or vulnerable situation.
Requests for material assistance come from community workers and schools in the region, who forward the request to us after validating your situation and assessing your needs.

“We’re counting on you to help us give back to the people you meet who are currently in need of essential goods.
– We have two types of requests for essential material goods: clothing, toys and books AND/OR household items, furniture and appliances.
– Our territory covers the Roussillon RCM and its eleven towns. We offer free goods as well as delivery service for furniture and appliances.
– We invite you to download our Material assistance procedure and form to guide you through requests for your customers.
